Updates as of 1 August 2015: 1) Book of harper has new skill - tune 2) Tune allows a bard to tune a song into an untuned harp, allowing the bard to perform the song better while holding the harp. 3) Untuned harps can be bought from innkeeper (recall s e) 4) Bard songs now use less ap. 5) Bard regen songs buffed. 6) Changes to other bard songs: - Tempus March now increases hr + dr - Danse Macabre decreases mob regen rate - Lovers Lilt prevents mob aggro - Seething tune ap reduced 7) Fade, flashray and mimic cost reduced, scales with E 8) Mob damage skills are now gen appropriate Updates as of 20 July 2015: 1) Rains of fire has been buffed to have higher subsequent damage (+50%) 2) Divine shot was bugged at 100% chance double shot, now has been fixed to scale on E 17/09/14 New Features Legendary Loot All mobs have a chance to drop a piece of legendary loot on kill. Legendary eq can be either part of a set or individual items that provide special bonuses or effects that otherwise cannot be found in-game. There are currently 50 different items that can drop. Rebirth Rebirth is the alternative to fusion. Where fusion can give you new genes and make you improve stats that you were weak in, rebirth will bring you to the next generation - without really strengthening your weakness, but you get better at what you current are good at. Co-op System HOTL3 now features a co-op system which automatically finds the most suitable players near your level and offers to link you up with them. Events System The new events system manages a variety of fun-filled global quests that players can participate in individually or in teams. Rewards can also be claimed automatically and scores are saved. Item Quests A new type of quest has been added besides hunting and bounty. Item quests require you to hunt an item down and turn it in for more kp. Identity This new feature allows you to get into character by writing a description that other players will see when they look at you. Other Changes Pets now survive across reboots and logins - until they die. Weaponmaster has been reworked such that weapons provide damage boost at an upward log10 curve. DR now properly adds to damage of physical skills. Every 2 DR contributes to a 1% increase in damage. Magic/Mana now properly adds to spell mods. Every 4 magic contributes to a 1% increase in damage. The % sign works properly now and will stop appearing as $. Affects now include the expertise in brackets besides the level of the spell. E.g 25 (3) Practising skills/spells will now show the current proficiency. 24/9/14 Features Lookup This new command now allows you to view information about players who are offline, similar to a whois command. Changes Combat rounds now happen twice as fast. This means your ap refreshes faster, but lower amounts each round. However, there is no difference in total AP gained over time. Questrequest now works properly and gives level appropriate quests. Exp reward has also been doubled. Online OLC for writing triggers has been implemented.
