Shambler
Shamblers, or shambling mounds, appear to be huge heaps of rotting
vegetation which are actually a highly intelligent form of plant
life, with a roughly humanoid shape, and a brain-like control center
in its 'chest' area. A shambler has a 6-foot girth on its lower
half, tapering to about 2 feet at its 'head'.
As solitary beasts, they rarely live in the same area as other
shamblers. These beings are almost totally silent and invisible
in their natural surroundings, and their favourite mode of attack
is to lie in a shallow bog, waiting for some creature to walk onto
it.
Class inclination
Shamblers are experts at stealth and camouflage, but with their
highly developed intellect they may achieve success in most other
things.
