Merfolk are marine-dwelling, amphibious humanoids with the upper
torso of a human and the lower torso of a fish. These sea people
have blue-green or greenish-blond hair, large green eyes. Their
tail is covered with shimmering, aquamarine scales they have webbing
between their fingers.
Merfolk are like the sea - deep, mysterious and ever-changing.
They live along the coasts of oceans and seas, and will occasionally
venture onto land - for it is rumoured that merfolk once used to
be humans. Usually, they make a living by herding fish, but during
times of need have been known to attack other sea-peoples or ocean-going
Merfolk are good all-rounders.
