If you find things a bit too noisy for your liking, you can
toggle the respective communication channel off. |

How do I get the words to appear after my name on the 'who'
list? |

Use the 'title' command. Type 'title' followed by what you
want to appear. You can also use color - type 'help color' in
MUD to see how. |

Can my character have a description? |

You can modify your character's description by using the 'identity' command. Type your description and wait for an IMP to approve it. |

What's this [AFK], [QUEST] and [WAR] stuff I see on the 'who'
list? |

AFK means that character is 'away from keyboard', so you probably
won't get a reaction or reply from them. QUEST means that character
is currently on a quest, and WAR means that character is currently
participating in a war. Basically, if you're looking for help,
these people would probably not be available for the moment. |

I've got lots of good equipment, so why does my character
still suck? |

Lots of reasons. Is your race suited to the class that you are playing? What books have you learnt? Are they helpful for levelling? Do ask around for advice if you need to. |
